Section "Dendrology" in the design documentation. Dendrological research Dendrology section

Construction planning begins with pre-design surveys, analysis of the land plot and its features. One of the stages of design work - dendrological examination, the main purpose of which is to determine the age and species of green spaces (trees, shrubs) and their value. Research is carried out in the design of large-scale objects and in private construction for Moscow, the Moscow region and other regions of Russia.

Company "Promterra" carries out geodetic, ecological, geological and dendrological surveys with obtaining permission from the Department of Natural Resources in Moscow. Professional engineers, geologists, dendrologists and ecologists conduct reconnaissance on the ground with measurements and taking samples for laboratory tests to develop project documentation.

Examination in engineering dendrology

Conduct dendrological examinations can companies and organizations that have dendrological engineers with appropriate qualifications. Experts examine the territory, determine species composition vegetation, the number of specimens growing in the studied perimeter.

The main types of dendrological services:

  • survey of green spaces;
  • drawing up dendroplan and counting lists
  • inventory of green spaces;
  • certification of courtyard territories and landscaping objects;
  • registration of a felling ticket (construction) and a prescription for sanitary felling and reconstruction of green spaces and closure, turnkey;
  • monitoring of the state of green spaces - at permanent observation points (PPN), temporary observation points (VPN), as well as through expert examinations of individual green and natural areas (PEO);
  • landscape design (gardening).

Before starting the design in Moscow and other cities of Russia, it is necessary to decide what exactly will fall into the category of objects under study. In the standard version, these are trees and shrubs, but there are a number of other plants. These can be shrubs, tree vines, pillow-like and creeping plants.

The main scope of work can be divided into the following groups:

  • vegetation inventory;
  • recommendations for the preservation of individual copies;
  • drawing up an estimate of the compensation value of felled shrubs and trees;
  • registration and receipt of felling tickets;
  • passing the state examination.

Dendrological studies of the area imply monitoring in order to determine the general situation at the designed facility.

Dendrological Survey Regulations

As with any type of engineering survey, dendrological work on the ground is carried out in accordance with the regulatory requirements of surveys. This is also relevant for the order of registration of reporting documentation.

The main legislative acts are:

  • "On the protection of green spaces";
  • "O guidelines on the preparation of dendrological plans and counting lists ";
  • GOST R 55528-2013;
  • GOST R 55935-2013, etc.

In accordance with legal requirements, all green spaces that have been cut down must be compensated without fail. This implies the restoration of plant specimens with new plantings, which will help maintain the natural balance in the area where construction is planned.

All dendrological work must comply with the established regulations and be confirmed by reporting documentation.

Initial and reporting documentation for the survey of the territory

To order dendrological surveys, the customer must provide a package of source documentation. It includes the following positions:

  • situational plan of the area;
  • master plan with the designation of the boundaries of the land plot;
  • building master plan;
  • new master plan engineering networks.

On the basis of this documentation, specialists develop a project for carrying out work on the survey of the area. Depending on the complexity of the upcoming dendrological surveys, the period for drawing up the dendroplan and its constituent parts may increase.

The result of the research is a dendrological conclusion about the area. This is a complex document, which includes: dendroplan, inventory (counting) sheet and explanatory note... You can familiarize yourself with the design rules in the document entitled "On methodological recommendations for drawing up plans and counting lists."

This is a blueprint that is developed after exploring the area. It shows the trees, shrubs, lawns and other types of vegetation located on the land plot in accordance with the species characteristics. The basis for the drawing is a topographic plan.

The compiled dendrological sheet (inventory, counting) is a complete list of green spaces existing on the site, information about which is synchronized with the dendroplane. The document indicates a description of plant specimens with an indication of the characteristics and parameters (height, diameter, stem size).

Explanatory note

In the text of the explanatory note, indicate information about the investigated land plot, the purpose of the work, the methodology for their implementation. This is part of the final documentation, which must be attached to the dendroplane without fail.

Expert opinion on dendrology

After reconnaissance of the area, specialists draw up a dendrological conclusion. The document indicates information about the state of certain types of green spaces, make forecasts for their preservation or the need for cutting down and the presence of pests. If the diameter of the tree trunk is 22-24 cm, then they are not transplanted - they must be cut down at the construction site.

In the system of engineering surveys, a dendrological survey of the territory is a mandatory step. The construction project provides for the passage of state expertise. It is conducted by the Committee for State Construction Supervision (Mosgosstroynadzor). It is he who decides on the possibility of lawful cutting of green spaces or the use of lawns for building.

For construction companies the dendroplan and the decision of the committee are of particular importance, since the optimization of design work depends on them. The drawn up drawing of the area with the designation of trees and vegetation has a limitation period of 4 years. After this period, the dendroplan must be updated to update the information.

Dendrology is the science of woody plants, their biological, economically useful and decorative properties, their application and use for which big influence anthropogenic factors, the result economic activity person. Plays a huge role in solving important economic problems to improve the composition and increase the value of the productivity of our natural forests, to create forest shelter belts, strengthen mountain slopes, serve as the basis for the use of various tree species in the creation of forest parks, parks and urban plantings, landscaping of the construction site.

Dendrology data allow you to correctly solve the following tasks:

  • select an assortment of woody plants when creating parks, squares, forest parks, street plantings, windbreaks, taking into account the soil and climatic conditions of the area where the object is located;
  • improving the breed composition of natural forests;
  • conservation of valuable, endangered species of woody plants.

For all types of project construction documentation, the dendrological part of the project is classically, which includes a dendrological plan, the calculation of the compensation cost and the cost of compensatory landscaping, as well as an inventory sheet indicating the location of all trees and shrubs growing on the territory.

The dendrological plan is a special topographic map of the site with a detailed designation of the number of trees and shrubs, the perimeter of their placement, as well as species and quality characteristics obtained as a result of geodetic surveys, accompanied by a counting list.

The purpose of the dendrology section development:

The plan (section) "Dendrology" is developed in order to minimize the damage that can be caused by human intervention in the environment of the area where the facility is located, and in order to maximally compensate for the consequences of the intervention by planting new woody plants, restoring lawns, parks, squares upon completion of construction or reconstruction , forest parks, street plantings, etc.

The main tasks to be solved during the development of the dendrology section:

  • Expertise of all trees and shrubs on the territory, their quantity, species, as well as their condition.
  • Providing advice on conservation, felling or replanting trees.
  • Compilation of an inventory with an indication of the characteristics of each individual tree.
  • Calculations of financial compensation for removed plants, shrubs and destroyed lawns.
  • Obtaining an expert opinion, which is issued by the Department for the approval and issuance of felling tickets of the Department of Nature Management and Protection environment.
  • Registration and receipt of a felling ticket.

The development of a dendrological plan is necessary for the construction and reconstruction of buildings, laying of engineering networks, landscaping and landscaping of the territory, as well as when issuing a passport for an existing object and serves to visually display the actual location and accounting of green spaces of this object.

The dendroplan is formed for administrative, industrial, agricultural, as well as residential buildings on the master plan, building site plan or geo-base.

On the basis of the dendrological examination, the section "Dendrology" is being developed as part of the project documentation and carries out all the necessary further approvals.

Development procedure and content of the dendrology section

The materials of the section "dendrology" include the dendroplane itself, a counting sheet, and a felling ticket.

The dendrological plan is the result of the survey. It is part of the design documentation and consists of the following items: an explanatory note, an inventory (inventory) sheet and a main drawing, which is the dendroplane.

The dendroplan is a topological map of the site, on which all existing or planned green spaces, buildings, communications are plotted. All plants or their group are marked with a serial number, which is deciphered in the counting sheet - a document that must be attached to the dendrological plan.

The inventory is a table showing tree species, their characteristics (diameter, height, age) and a description of the current state.

The inventory sheet provides objective information about green spaces, on the basis of which a conclusion is developed with recommendations for conservation, felling, replanting, and crowning. In case of the planned felling of valuable tree species, which will be recorded in the document, a compensation value must be set.

Dendrology section harmonization

  • The department for approval and issuance of felling tickets of the Department of Nature Management and Environmental Protection of the city of Moscow issues a Conclusion on the dendrological part of the project
  • Obtaining a felling ticket.
