Dragon Age Inquisition achievements. Gap at the Northern Gate

Cassandra, Varric and Solas join you in the Prologue. You will not have the opportunity to refuse their company.

Unlike these three, you can refuse to recruit any of the following associates.

Vivien

After the scene with Lord Seeker Lucius during the quest “The Danger Has Not Passed” in Val Royeaux at the Summer Market, an envoy from the Circle of Magicians will appear who will give you an invitation to a party on behalf of a certain sorceress Vivien. This will give you the quest "Imperial Enchantress". Go to the indicated location (you need to go to the world map for this). After you watch the video and decide what to do with your opponent, Vivien will offer you her services.

Iron Bull

The quest “Captain Bulls” will appear in your journal after returning from Val Royeaux and talking with your advisors. Leave the Church and talk to the mercenary messenger - Cream. He will invite you to a meeting with the leader of their group, Iron Bull. The Iron Bull is located on the Storm Coast, very close to your first camp. Talk to him and you can recruit him as an ally, and the rest of his mercenaries will join the Inquisition as an additional military unit.

Sulfur

After you witness a strange meeting between Lord Seeker Lucius and the Reverend Mother Evara, following the quest “The Danger Has Not Passed,” just a few minutes later, while exploring the Summer Market, an arrow with a mysterious message will pierce the ground under your nose. This will activate the quest "Red Jenny's Friend".

According to the message, look for "red clothes" in the market, on the pier and in the tavern. Go to the designated places and look for the red scarf on the floor - to do this you need to activate the search button. It's not as difficult as it seems - the right place is marked with a quest marker, so you'll always have an idea of where exactly to start your search. In addition, the red scarf is quite bright and attracts attention. (But you still need to press the search button to activate it.) The tavern and pier are located on the same level, but the desired market is on the top - go to the map to be transported to the desired location (map levels can be changed in the upper right corner ). After you find all three messages, you will receive a key and a new location that you can visit by opening the world map. Go there, watch the video, kill the enemies that appear and make a decision whether or not to take an unexpected ally as your permanent companion.

Blackwall

After your return from Val Royeaux, Leliana will share with you her concerns about the strange disappearance of the Gray Wardens in Ferelden and Orlais. This will give you the Lone Guardian Quest. Go to the place marked on the map of the Inner Lands and help the Gray Guardian and his “recruits” fight off the attackers. After this, you will have the opportunity to get him as an ally.

Cole

You meet Cole during the quest "Defenders of Justice", although he will not join you during this stage of the quest. Cole himself will find you after completing the quest and you will have the opportunity to recruit him into your group.
If you did not follow the path of the templars and chose instead the quest “Tempting Whispers”, then Cole will find you when you start the next story quest, tell you what happened to the templars, and offer his services.

Dorian

Recruiting Dorian is virtually the same as recruiting Cole, except that you must go the mage route and choose the Tempting Whispers quest to meet him. (Theoretically, you can meet him and still choose the templars, since you can visit Redcliffe and talk to the mages before you get to the "point of no return". The point of no return for these two quests is the moment they both become available on your map of military operations.)

If you chose the quest “Tempting Whispers”, then Dorian will accompany you during this quest, and after it you will have the opportunity to recruit him for good. If you chose the “Defenders of Justice” quest, then, like Cole, Dorian will appear in the Vault himself at the beginning of your next story quest, tell you what happened to the magicians in Redcliffe, and offer his services.

The main quest of this location, which you must complete in order to advance the story quest There Lies the Abyss. You receive this quest automatically when you talk to Harding the first time you come to this area. Crestwood is under siege walking dead, who began to pester the villagers after a Gap appeared in the lake. This is not the first time you have closed Gaps, but this one, unfortunately, is located somewhere under water and on this moment completely inaccessible.

Go to the village, dealing with the walking dead along the way. You need to talk to the headman. The headman will not be too happy about the idea of draining the lake, but will nevertheless tell you where and how it can be done. First, you need to go to the fortress near the village, which is occupied by bandits, and deal with them and their mini-boss leader. After that, raise the flag of the Inquisition on the wall of the fortress - and from now on it will be at your disposal: there will be merchants, crafting tables, a horn for selecting a group, a quick transition point, and a couple of additional quests.

One of the doors of the fortress is marked as “Exit to the Dam” - and that’s where you need to go. Go to the abandoned tavern, scaring off the young couple on the way, who climbed there in search of privacy, go to the room with the lever and turn it, then watch the video with the draining of the lake.

Half the battle is done, now you need to go to the previously flooded village of Old Crestwood. The entrance to the caves is in its northwestern part. The caves are quite dark, but there are torches on the walls that you can light for better visibility. Soon the tunnel will end wooden stairs- go down it and move on. After you encounter a group of walking dead, go left and you will find the remains of a Dwarven Thaig, and in it is the Rip that you need. The Demon of Wrath that wanders nearby is the same demon that you need to kill for the quest Cargo of Responsibility.

Go to the Rip. There is a chest nearby for resupply if you need it. This Rupture will send three waves of demons at you instead of the usual two, so don't relax. After dealing with the demons, close the Gap.

If you look around, you may find a shortcut to the surface a few halls away from the Rift. Go back to the village to the headman's house, where instead of him you will find a note. The note will explain to you exactly what happened ten years ago. This will close the quest and give you a new mission for your War Operations table.

Assault on Caer Bronak

Although this quest appears separately in the journal, you complete it as part of the Still Water quest. Recapture the Kaer Bronak fortress from the bandits.

On the Last Journey

Sister Vaughn in Crestwood Village will ask you to find the bodies of the dead in Old Crestwood. In total, you need to find three locations with bodies - all of them are located close to each other inside the destroyed houses of a previously flooded village. Return to Sister Vaughn with a report of what you have done.

Naturalist

In connection with the attacks of the dead, the peasant Gould is concerned about the fate of his friend Judith, who lives far from the village. Visit Judith at her hut. She will tell you news about a local dragon and wyvern that has come down from the mountains and is harassing the villagers. This will give you the Lair of the Serpent quest.

Lair of the Serpent

Kill the wyvern Judith told you about. The wyvern, accompanied by a pair of smaller wyverns, sits on a separate island among the mountains and you need to go through a cave to get to it. If you played the add-on YES 2 Mark of the Assassin, then remember that wyverns can be very dangerous opponents - of course, this is not a dragon, but they are quite suitable for a mini-boss.

When you report to Judith what you have done, you will receive a design for the Guardian Scout medium armor (level two) as a reward.

This quest can also be done in reverse - kill the wyverns first (if you came across them before you found Judith), and immediately tell her about their demise when she starts complaining about them.

Cargo of Responsibility

In the village of Old Crestwood, you will come across a very confused Team Spirit. Apparently, he was thrown into the material world against his will, and the poor fellow does not understand why nothing here obeys his orders. Without fulfilling at least one of his commands, he completely refuses to return to the Shadow. Your Inquisitor can offer him his services. The spirit will order you to kill the Demon of Wrath. The Demon of Wrath lives in a cave just near the Rift that you need to close for the quest Still Water, so there is nothing stopping you from killing him along the way. Report to the happy spirit what you have done - and he will finally return to the Shadow, and you will receive 2 influence points and an Amulet of Power for Cole as a reward.

You won't be able to get this quest if you kill the Demon of Wrath before talking to the spirit.

High stakes

This quest is given by Scout Sharter in Caer Bronak after you capture her. An Inquisition agent, Bonecrusher, did not show up to the meeting place after boasting that he had collected evidence for something very important. Go to the marked place and search the corpse. From the letter it will become clear that only a few trusted persons knew about the agent’s whereabouts. After this, you will be ambushed by the Venatori.

Return to Caer Bronach and report to Charter. This will complete this mission and open up a new operation for you on the war table, “Uncover the Double Agent.”

Down with the Weeds

Issued after the capture of the Kaer Bronak fortress. Open the map and you will see a quest icon at the northwesternmost point of the fortress. Go there and you will hear a conversation between two scouts complaining about the rampant bandits in the area. Go to the area marked with the quest marker and kill 8 bandits there. You may have to run around a bit, since the quest marker only indicates the approximate location of the enemies, and bandits usually walk in small groups of three or four. If you just can’t get the required amount, run away (or teleport) and come back. You do not need to report back - the death of 8 bandits automatically closes the quest.

Crestwood - Other Information:

Not far from the village you will come across a pair of Gray Wardens fighting the walking dead. After this, in the village you will meet Jayna, the elf girl whom you helped save Gray Wardens. Impressed by their courage, she decided to join their ranks. You can approve of her idea (Solas and Sera won’t like it, but Blackwall will approve) or, conversely, dissuade her. If Solas is in your group, he can persuade her to become an agent of the Inquisition.

If you approve of Jaina's decision to join the Gray Wardens, you will see the result during the story quest There Lies the Abyss.

Save the Scout

Several soldiers are talking to each other near the center of the fortress, where you find yourself immediately after claiming the fortress as your own. After you listen to their conversation, a new mission will appear on your military operations map.

- a very big game. Just completing the main quest can take from 40 to 60 hours, and if you take into account the secondary tasks, it becomes completely scary. On the way to the final goal, difficulties may arise, which our passage will help resolve. Just to get started, let's clarify something.

. Dragon Age: Inquisition is a non-linear game. This means that a lot depends on your decisions, as well as the gender and race of the Inquisitor. There are plenty of twists and turns in BioWare's new project that will make your story different from ours.

. We are only talking about the main quest. Yes, Inquisition has a huge number of interesting tasks, but describing each of them would take an indecent amount of time. Therefore, only missions from the “Path of the Inquisitor” group.

. Dragon Age: Inquisition cannot be "quick-run". In order to advance through the story, you need to earn influence points (Power). Most quick way do this - do several secondary tasks. So even if you are not interested in the personal affairs of your party members and quests to collect herbs and metals, sometimes you still have to do this.

. The text below contains spoilers. We'll try to avoid unnecessary plot details, but... THE KILLER IS THE BUTLER!

The Wrath of Heaven

The prologue of Dragon Age: Inquisition is absolutely linear - even if you want to, you still won’t get lost. Follow Cassandra, carefully read the clues and fight weak opponents. There shouldn't be any problems with all this. Soon the path will lead to the elf Solas and the dwarf Varric, your new companions.

After this, you will be taught how to use the tactical pause. This mode will come in handy more than once in the future, especially at a high difficulty level, so try to master it as early as possible.

Soon you will come to a gap - a place from where demons from the Shadow penetrate into the real world. To close the gap between dimensions, you must first destroy all the enemies around. After defeating the demons, you need to touch the gap and wait a few seconds, after which it will close. As you progress through the game, you will have to close such portals quite often.

After returning to the fortress, you will be given a choice: go straight to the largest gap or take a roundabout route. In the first case, you will get to the next location faster, in the second, you will be able to save the missing soldiers.

Regardless of the path you choose, you will soon find yourself at the ruins of a huge castle. Going down to the gap, you will begin the battle with the first boss - Demon of Pride.

There shouldn’t be any particular difficulties: you will be helped not only by party members, but also by soldiers of the Inquisition. In the first phase, the boss is invulnerable - note that his health bar looks different than that of previously encountered monsters. To make a demon vulnerable, you need to use rupture. Let the boss be distracted by his allies while you press the action button next to the portal. After a couple of seconds, an explosion will occur and the demon will fall to his knees - then hit him. After some time, it will become impenetrable again - you already know how to fix this. When lesser demons start appearing on the battlefield, deal with them first and then interact with the gap.

The danger is not over / The Threat Remains

After resting after the battle, go outside. Head towards the church following the sign. Go to the command headquarters and complete the prologue of the game.

After this, you will have time to get used to the headquarters. Use it to learn blacksmithing, talk to your companions, and remember the location of key NPCs. Once finished, return to the church. From here you can go to the next location - the Hinterlands, which is in the kingdom of Ferelden. To do this, you can use the command headquarters or the world map.

There are a huge number of quests waiting in the Hinterlands - you can spend up to 12 hours here! Therefore, if you don’t want to get confused, mark your priority quests in the journal - then a special beacon will tell you where to go. If you plan to progress through the main quest (“The Inquisitor’s Path”) as soon as possible, then mark it on the quest list.

Follow the sign. Soon you will stumble upon a detachment of the Inquisition, which is fighting off the rebellious magicians and templars. They will need your help. After this, you will be invited to a large camp - the main stronghold of the Inquisition in the Hinterlands. Here you need to talk to Giselle’s mother, who will direct the heroes to a new location.

You can stay in the Hinterlands and complete quests - enough of them to earn several levels. Otherwise, return to the command headquarters and go to Val Royeaux.

Here the sign will help you again - follow the beacon. There is very little to do in this location: having reached the indicated place, watch the video, meet the templars and then head to the exit. Before heading to headquarters, the spellcaster, the head of the magicians, will speak to you.

Very soon you will have to choose between templars and magicians. Two quests will be available at the command headquarters: In Hushed Whispers (“In Secret”) and Champions of The Just (“Defenders of Justice”). Selecting one of them disables the execution of the second. To convince the templars to join the Inquisition, complete Champions of The Just, or if you value the help of magicians more, complete In Hushed Whispers. In our walkthrough, we chose to support wizards, but you are free to do otherwise.

In Secret / In Hushed Whispers

Travel to the Hinterlands. Here you need to get to the city of Redcliffe, located in the north of the location. There will be another gap in front of the city gates - deal with it, and you will be allowed outside the walls. In Redcliffe, find a tavern, talk to the sorceress and proceed to the new meeting place - it’s very close.

Here you will meet Dorian, one of the potential companions. Close the gap, listen to the magician and go to the command headquarters. Here you will have to talk with advisors and finally decide who will be more useful allies - magicians or templars. This is the last chance to change your mind.

If you still plan to be friends with wizards, then return to Redcliffe using the command table. Dorian will definitely be in the party, and you can allocate the remaining two slots to other heroes.

We won't tell you what happens next - it's a spoiler. Let's just say that after the cutscenes you and Dorian will find yourself in a dungeon. As soon as control is returned to you, upgrade the magician’s abilities so that he can help you with spells in battle.

Since you are alone, proceed through the dungeon with caution. There are few enemies here, but they do decent damage. It will be easiest if you play as a “tank” warrior. It’s more difficult if you play as a melee robber. Be especially careful if you are playing as an archer or mage.

Following the markers, you will soon reach a fork. Three points will be marked on the map: two of them indicate party members who need to be released from prison, and the third will lead you to the sorceress Fiona. First of all, get to the lost allies - it will be much easier with four of you. After talking with Fiona, the next part of the task will open - follow the new marker.

To replenish your supplies of health potions, look for special storage areas (they look like boxes with different bottles). New markers will appear on the map that need to be examined. You can move freely within the location and visit targets in any order. Please note that this area has multiple levels, so some areas can only be reached using stairs.

Soon you will come across a locked door. To open it, you need to collect five pieces of red lyrium. Their locations are marked on the map. Once you've collected all five, replenish your potions and get ready for the boss fight. Alexius.

Alexius uses attack spells, puts a shield on himself and teleports around the room. In general, the battle with him is simple: let the warrior distract the boss's attention while the rest of the party deals maximum damage. When he has half his health left, Alexius will disappear, but a gap will appear in the room - you already know what to do with it. As soon as you close the gap, the boss will return to the battlefield. He will repeat the trick of disappearing at a quarter of his health.

Will burn in our hearts... / In Your Heart Shall Burn

After returning to base, you will be able to communicate with allies, receive or even complete several tasks, and so on - use this time to complete things in the Shelter (Heaven). Please note that you will not return here again.

After activating the next story mission, you will see several cutscenes. Shortly after you regain control of your character, you will meet Cole, another potential party member. He will appear only if you chose the help of magicians. Otherwise, Dorian will replace him, and you will meet Cole during the mission for the Templars. Depending on the choice of sides, the opponents also change: either magicians or templars will attack you.

In this case, the tasks will be the same. Follow the markers, destroying opponents. You will need to protect one trebuchet and capture another. After this, you will be asked to return to the Vault. Along the way, you can save several characters, which will bring additional experience. When you reach the church, watch the video and return to the battlefield.

Now you need to aim the trebuchet. In this case, the heroes will be disturbed by opponents - we advise you to first kill them all and only then take up guidance. At some point a boss will appear - a knight Denam.

First, deal with his retinue - a gang of demons. After this, order your “tank” to distract the boss: the monster has quite powerful attacks that leave no chance for the squad’s magicians. Keep vulnerable allies behind the boss to minimize damage to them. At 75, 50 and 25 percent health, Denam will remove all negative effects and establish a powerful barrier. The battle can be long, but as long as the “tank” holds the line, distracts the enemy and drinks potions, there is nothing to worry about.

After defeating Denam, a long cutscene will be shown. When you can control your hero again, follow the signs - the path is absolutely linear. Soon you will be taught how to use a new ability, and then the hero will find himself in a snowy desert during a storm. Just go forward and slightly to the right.

From the Ashes

This part of the main quest is quite short. You will be invited to walk around the new fortress, explore its main premises and communicate with allies. Some sections of Skyhold will be locked and you will be able to visit them the next time you visit the castle.

After talking with Josephine and Varrick, two main quests will open: Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. evil hearts") and Here Lies the Abyss ("There Lies the Abyss"). They can be done in any order. Before setting off for one of them, we strongly recommend talking to all your party members - you will see and learn a lot of interesting things.

Here Lies the Abyss

After talking with Varric's friend, you will gain access to a new location - Crestwood. Go to a meeting with the informant. Walk along the shore until you come across a cave - that's where you want to go.

After the conversation, your path lies to another location, Western Approach. Follow the directions of the marker. On the spot you will be shown a cut-scene, followed by a battle with a horde of demons. Due to the relatively small size of the battle arena, it will be useful to use the Mark of the Rift spell here. After finishing the battle, return to Skyhold.

From the command headquarters, go to Orlais to continue the mission. Before this, we strongly recommend that you sort out the party’s equipment and free up space in your inventory, since you will not return to Skyhold soon.

The marker will guide you through the battlefield. Soon you will receive an optional task - to help the Inquisition troops in battle. It is necessary to destroy three detachments of Gray Guardians, who are helped by demons. Completing this goal will give you access to a chest containing valuable loot.

You'll soon encounter a large group of enemies led by the Demon of Pride. Deal with the small enemies first, and then take on the mini-boss. Keep vulnerable heroes away from his electric whips. The battle is complicated by a huge dragon, which periodically rains down spells on your party. Try to spread your allies around the arena to minimize damage.

The marker will not let you get lost here. We advise you to carefully monitor the radar: its glow means that somewhere nearby there is an item needed to complete the quest Fears of the Dreamers. In the northern part of the first zone, try to find a human skeleton and go into search mode - this will initiate an additional task. The remaining four items are located in other areas of the location. It can only be completed until the end of this section of the game.

To restore your memories, kill the demons and press the action button next to their bodies. To advance in this location, you will have to repeat this trick several times. The episode as a whole is linear - move forward until you encounter the boss, Nightmare.

Get ready for an intense battle. Nightmare has a lot of health and powerful attacks. From time to time he will summon spiders, which must be quickly destroyed - otherwise they will be overwhelmed by numbers. Let the “tank” keep the boss’s attention while the others deal with his minions. As soon as there is a respite from small enemies, use your most powerful abilities on the Nightmare. At 25 percent health, the boss will call on strong demons for help - this best moment to use the Mark of the Rift ability. After the victory, return to Skyhold.

Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts

In this mission, two things are more important than ever: the composition of the party and the choice of the right lines in the dialogues. We advise you to take at least one mage with the Barrier ability into your group, since health potions will be in short supply. When communicating with the nobility, try not to say anything harsh or rude - flatter and agree. And, yes: before starting the mission, save the game in a separate slot.

The specificity of this task is that you will need to temporarily turn into a socialite. Good behavior, politeness and small favors for guests increase the Inquisitor's rating. A long absence or dubious statements lower it. When it drops to zero, you will be kicked out of the ball and the mission will fail. So don't miss the opportunity to improve your rating.

There is something to do in the location besides the main mission. You can collect figurines that give access to chests with loot, look for dirt on nobles, and much more. At the very beginning of the location, you can help the lady at the gate who has lost something. The missing item is located near the fountain - use the search mode. By returning it, you will increase your rating - this will be enough for a start.

The marker will indicate the path and the characters you need to talk to. After the official presentation there will be an opportunity to communicate with allies and study the situation. Once finished, head to the lobby and proceed to the guest rooms. Find the Hall of Heroes, go through it and exit on the west side. Follow the corridor until you reach the fountain. Here you need to climb to the second floor using the net on the wall.

Once you are out of the public eye, your rating will slowly begin to decrease, so act quickly. The marker will mark the area to be searched. When finished, go down the stairs to the library and go into search mode. Having found the evidence, return to the ball. Don't miss the opportunity to increase your ranking a little: go to the ballroom only after the second ring of the bell - the nobles are always a little late, right?

You will receive the Servant Wing Key. You can get there through the lower floor of the Hall of Heroes. At the entrance you will be joined by companions - do not forget to change their formal clothes to equipment for battles. You must have at least 10 rating points: every minute you will be deducted one point, so don’t hesitate and deal with your opponents quickly. Follow the trail of blood and corpses and you'll soon encounter the killer. After the battle and cutscene, return to the ball.

The Duchess will ask you to dance. Be as polite as possible - we advise you to always choose the rightmost answer option. After talking with the duchess, you will have the last opportunity to hand over incriminating evidence to Leliana.

Soon you will come to another rift, open in the castle courtyard. First, destroy the human enemies, and then deal with the demons. The second wave of enemies will be much stronger than the first, so get ready. After this, you will be shown several cutscenes, given one important decision to make, and then sent to battle with the final boss of the location, the same duchess.

First, get rid of her minions. Let the magicians cast a shield on their party members at the first opportunity. The boss will teleport around the arena - try not to lose sight of her. When the Duchess's health drops to 50%, she will call for assistants - deal with them as quickly as possible. Otherwise, this is a fight with no surprises.

What Pride Had Wrought

As always, go on a mission through the command headquarters. In the first part of the task, you only need to follow the markers and fight off enemy units. Soon you will reach an ancient temple.

Having reached a large locked door, you will receive a task to perform a ritual. This can be done at the statue on the lower level of the hall. You need to walk across special stoves in order to light them all. You cannot step on slabs that have already been activated. There shouldn't be any problems with the first puzzle - it's quite simple. After opening the door, proceed deeper into the temple.

After the video, you will have a choice: immediately go after the enemies or follow the traditions of the elves and perform four rituals. In the first case, you will have to fight not only with the villain’s minions, but also with the temple guards. In the second case, you will be offered four puzzles with slabs: by solving them, you will receive the support of the elves and fight the alternative boss of the location.

Having made your choice, follow the marks on the mini-map. If you have completed the rituals, you will be able to team up with the guards against the invaders. In this case, you will be given a guide who will show you the way through the location to the boss. If you decide to ignore traditions, then get ready to fight both the elves and the templars. You will need to find your way through the maze yourself - watch the radar and use the search mode.

You will soon meet the boss. Depending on the past choice it will be either Samson(if you have chosen magicians as allies), or Calperia(if you preferred the templars).

Samson only attacks in close combat. He is helped by minions, which should be disposed of immediately. When the boss starts spinning, withdraw the fighters. Scatter your allies around the battlefield so that Samson's attacks don't hit multiple heroes at once. Take advantage of the tactical pause - party members do not always choose targets successfully, especially at the beginning of the battle.

Calperia often places fire runes on the floor - you need to run away from them and take your allies away from them. She loves to teleport, is immune to stun, paralysis and fear, and also has high fire resistance. Lightning and cold are your best friends in this battle.

The Final Piece

A very short mission. Go to the altar through the command headquarters. If in the last task you allowed your companion to drink from the Well of Sorrows, then you only have to talk to someone. Otherwise, you will have a dragon boss battle.

If the “tank” diverts the monster’s attention to itself, and ranged fighters do not get under the monster’s paws and tail, the battle will take place without any problems. We recommend avoiding fire attacks because they deal very little damage to the creature. Cold, on the contrary, is very effective. You need to reduce the dragon's health to half, after which a cut-scene will begin.

Marvel at the perfection / Doom Upon All the World

It's time for the final battle. We recommend making a separate save before starting the final mission. You will be able to complete some remaining quests after this, but some content will not be available. So if you plan to study Inquisition inside and out, this is your last chance.

Take at least one mage with Barrier to the battle with Corypheus, and preferably two at once. The boss deals a lot of damage, is immune to status effects, and has a huge amount of health, so be prepared for a long fight. In the first phase, the villain will summon demons, move around the arena and attack with powerful spells. Barrier and health potions will help keep the party on their feet.

After some time, Corypheus will move to a new arena - follow him. Don't forget to replenish your potions along the way. The second phase is almost no different from the first. Except that the situation is different.

When the boss has half his health left, he will be replaced by a huge lyrium dragon. As always, let the shield warrior distract the boss while ranged heroes deal damage to him. Focus fire on the monster's paws - this will slow it down. Focus on healing and protecting heroes with melee weapons: don't skimp on potions and cast Barrier on them. Let the party spread out around the arena so that the dragon's fiery breath isn't as dangerous. Don't forget about the tactical pause.

Having finished with the dragon, switch back to Corypheus. In the final stages of the battle, he will teleport much more often. Spells will appear in his arsenal that cause damage to the entire squad. "Barrier" and healing potions will help you.

Actually, this ends the main campaign of Dragon Age: Inquisition, congratulations! One last tip: don't miss the post-credits scene!

The victorious march of the Inquisition across the lands of Denerim and Orlais in Dragon Age: Inquisition will begin with a small detachment. The power of the order will grow gradually, over time it will enlist the support of the nobility, apostates (magicians or templars), Gray Wardens and other allies, but before this happens, many problems will have to be solved that will fall on the head of the main character along with the demons from the hole in the sky . Responsibilities in the Inquisition are strictly divided between advisors: Josephine responsible for diplomacy Lelliana- reconnaissance, Cullen- troops. The order is managed from the command headquarters, where all important requests are received and key events are marked on the map. Each of the advisors has their own approach to solving assigned problems. The outcome of the assigned task and the time spent depend on the choice: you can act with words, cunning or brute force (there are no absolutely losing decisions).

Agents who can be recruited in all corners of Thedas help speed up the process of completing tasks; they are also able to open new specializations without spending points. Agent Recruitment in Dragon Age: Inquisition it usually begins with communication with a potential candidate, but not everyone agrees to join the Inquisition right away, everyone has their own reasons: some are busy, some don’t trust, some are waiting, some are simply afraid of the consequences of their choice. In such cases they come to the rescue satellites, which are able to convince the intractable (additional lines appear in the dialogue). If the companions' attempts are unsuccessful, the only way to recruit an agent is completing a small loyalty task. It is important not to miss the right moment for recruitment, otherwise the agent may disappear as the plot develops. Recruited agents are added to the advisors tab in the specialization selection window.

  1. Clemens pacified(task “In Secret”) - awaits a meeting with the Inquisitor in the Redcliffe tavern in the Hinterlands. To recruit, just talk to him. Access to the village opens according to the plot, when you need to make a choice between magicians and templars. Helps Cullen with his work.
  2. Vail Volunteers- for recruitment, it is necessary to complete, at the request of Corporal Veil, from the Crossroads in the Hinterlands, several tasks for refugees: mark 5 hiding places of renegades at the request of recruit Vitl, who stands near the cave in the western part of the settlement, in the task “At the Power of the Elements”; get 10 pieces of lamb at the request of a refugee hunter in the task “Pangs of Hunger” (sheep are found in the forest); persuade the healer from Redcliffe to move to the Crossroads in the task “The Healing Hand” (you need to be an elf or have Solas in your party); deal with renegade magicians and templars in the missions “Renegades in the Witchwood” and “Templars in the West.” Moving to Skyhold will automatically block access to quests. Returning to Corporal Veil, we ask him to “Hire the most skilled.” Companions will have a positive attitude towards accepting volunteers into the ranks of the Inquisition.
  3. Alexius(task “Tempting Whispers”) - to recruit you need to take the side of the magicians and save the life of the master in order to decide his fate at the trial in Skyhold. Before the process, you need to learn “Secret Knowledge” on the command table (the “Secrets” tab), which will expand your knowledge of magic and add a new item to the dialogues. In the future, Alexius will issue tasks to strengthen the influence of the Inquisition and will stop acting in favor of Corypheus. Helps Lelliana with her work.
  4. Blades of Hessarian(task “Placing Order”) - at the order table on the Stormy Coast you need to make the “Coat of Arms of Mercy” amulet from the skin of a deep hunter (found in the caves opposite “Morrin’s Heights”) and two serpentines (hanging on the rocks along the shore), then put it on through the inventory and come to the Hessarian camp in the eastern part of the location, where you fight the leader. The blades help Cullen in his work.
  5. Laurenil(task “The Condescension of the Dalish”) - lives in the Dalish camp in the Emerald Graves, in the southwestern part of the location. Upon meeting, the elf will be asked to join the Inquisition, but without the permission of the guardian he will not be able to leave the clan and carry out his plans. Quests given by Loranil's tribesmen will help you gain the trust of the Dalish. After the introduction, he begins to help Callen.
  6. Frederic de Cero(quest “Deep High Dragon”) - the scientist is busy searching for information for his new job, dedicated to dragons, in the Western Reach, south of the southern Inquisition camp. After completing several of his orders and killing the deep high dragon, he will agree to join the Inquisition, where he will help Lelliana.
  7. Smuggler Tanner(task “Business Relations”) - in the Hinterlands south of the Crossroads, where the refugees took refuge, there is an oval wooden house, inside there is a note hanging on the bulkhead that activates the task “Blood Brothers”. We reach the marker from the task (northwest of the Inquisition camp near Sunset in the eastern part of the location), clear the camp from bandits, the bodies of two templars lie around the house, from the first we select a sword, from the second a letter that activates the task “Business Relations”. We are waiting for the moment when the plot opens access to the village of Redcliffe, we find Tanner in the camp in front of the entrance to the church. To recruit an agent, we use Cassandra, Varrick or the knowledge of the underworld, available for study for Inquisition points at the command table in the Vault or the castle in Skyhold in the Troops section, after which Tanner will begin to help Lelliana.
  8. Fairbanks(task “Nobility in heart and deeds”) - we find the rebel camp in the southern part of the Emerald Graves, talk to Fairbanks, carry out all his tasks to clear the area from templar robbers and free citizens. The new agent speeds up Lelliana's work.
  9. Lord Berand(task “Love Can Wait”) - we find the body of a woman in the gorge southeast of the Inquisition camp in the Suburbs, from where the exploration of the territory of the Inner Lands begins (we run past the astrarium and always stick to the rocks on the left side). We select the letter from the body and deliver it to Lord Berand at the sectarian fortress, which is indicated by the marker on the map. While he is stunned by the news of his beloved’s death, we invite him to join the Inquisition.
  10. Michel de Chevin(task “Call me Imshel”) - at the exit from the destroyed village, which is under the protection of the Inquisition in Emprise du Lyon, we find the former knight of Empress Selina, accused of treason and demoted. In the conversation, he will talk about his desire to defeat the demon Imshel, who has settled in the Suledin fortress. We do all the dirty work for him, after which the Inquisition will be replenished with a new agent who will help Cullen.
  11. Ser Barris(task “Defenders of Justice”) - you need to side with the templars, refusing the support of the magicians. When searching for veterans and lyrium while defending the hall, we try to prevent the new ally’s health level from falling below 30%, otherwise he will die. After improving Skyhold, it will be possible to appoint Barris as a knight commander who will help Cullen.
  12. Jenna- on the way from the Inquisition camp to Crestwood, we help the Gray Guardians deal with the revived corpses, we save the elf, who can later be found in one of the village houses. In the conversation, she will mention her desire to join the ranks of the Gray Guardians; if Solas or a nobleman Inquisitor is in the squad, then Jana can be recruited into the Inquisition. If you send her to the Gray Wardens, she will be sacrificed during the assault on Adamant.
  13. Looking up to the sky(task “Cracks in the Mire”) - in the swamps of the Brown Mire on the way to the Avvar fortress we find a giant in a bear’s skin, open and close the Crack before his eyes. After defeating the Hand of Kort in the Avvar fortress and freeing the Inquisition soldiers from captivity (languishing in a side room in the fortress), Skygazer will wish to join the Inquisition, where he will help Josephine. The liberation mission disappears after the headquarters moves to Skyhold.
  14. Leader of the Avvars(task “The Trial”) - having returned from the Brown Mire after the victory over the Hand of Kort and the release of the Inquisition soldiers from captivity, in the throne room of Skyhold the trial of the leader of the Avvars, Movran the Possible, will take place, who will be recruited as an agent when sent to Tevinter.
  15. Preacher Anais(task “Glory to the messenger Andraste”) - in the Hinterlands we find a sectarian castle, located on a hill south of the Inquisition camp on the Dwarf Pass, in the southeastern part of the location. We ask you to let us in, close the gap in the Veil in the courtyard and talk to the preacher Anais, if you ask her to listen to what people say, then the help of the new agent will be sent to Lelliana, if you ask her to spread the news about the Inquisition, then to Josephine.
  16. Enchantress Ellandra(task “Amulet of the Beloved”) - on the right side of the entrance to the fortress of the sectarians, led by the preacher Anais in the Inner Lands, on the hillside lies the corpse of a templar with a phylactery, which must be taken to Ellendra from the Crossroads, where the refugees have taken refuge. After delivering the amulet, Vivienne will help convince the sorceress to choose in favor of the Inquisition; you can also use the knowledge of magic, unlocked for Inquisition points on the command table in Skyhold in the “Secrets” section.
  17. Tricky Ritts(task “An Unusual Duo”) - north of the Inquisition camp on the Dwarven Pass, in the southeastern part of the Inner Lands, we find an excited scout at the crossroads. We receive a task to search for the missing Ritts, we reach the marker at the fortress of the sectarians, led by the preacher Anais, we help the scout fight off the templars, we explore the place of the attack with the [V] key, we find the body of the dead magician, we talk to her again. Varric will help convince her to join the Inquisition, and this can also be done without anyone's help if the Inquisitor is a gnome.
  18. Bugman Dennett(task “Horses for the Inquisition”) - we get to the Inquisition camp near the Redcliffe farms in the northwestern part of the Interior, we find Dennett in the village, and complete several tasks for the farmers. Vivienne or Cassandra will help you recruit a new agent to the Inquisition; you can also use the knowledge of the underworld, unlocked for Inquisition points on the command table in Skyhold in the “Troops” section, in the conversation.
  19. Duchess Florianne(task “Trial”) - after visiting the Halamshiral Palace in the task “Evil Eyes, Evil Hearts”, the Duchess will be taken alive or dead to Skyhold, where a trial will take place, following which she can be recruited as a new agent of the Inquisition, which will affect the speed of work Josephine.
  20. Nobleman, captain of Gaspard's mercenaries(task “Evil eyes, evil hearts”) - while completing the task in Halamshiral, we eavesdrop several times on the conversation of two nobles in the courtyard with a grate on the wall leading to the library on the second floor of the palace. It is important to stand on the balcony exactly above the targets; when they start talking about templars and magicians, we go down to them and start a conversation; if you support one of the nobles, he will become an agent. Knowledge of the underworld, available in the “Troops” section on the command table in Skyhold for Inquisition points, will help you recruit the mercenary captain Gaspard.
  21. Belle(task “The danger has not passed”) - after clarifying the relationship between the templars and the church servants, in the main square of Val Royeaux we find the trader Belle, who wants to join the Inquisition. It is important not to leave the city, otherwise Belle will disappear and Josephine will lose her assistant.
  22. Samson(task “Judgment”) - to recruit a red templar, you need to support the magicians in Redcliffe in the task “Defenders of Justice”, defeat Samson in the Mythal temple and bring him to trial in Skyhold, where, as punishment, give him for study to Cullen, under whose command he and will fight on the side of the Inquisition against Corypheus.

Of course, the game came out quite a long time ago and most have already knocked out all the achievements for the game, but I think there are people who have not done this yet, so I decided to write a small guide on achievements. I won’t describe all the trophies, because there is simply no point, because they are either easy or plot-related.

Dragon Age Inquisition- the main game includes 52 achievements on the PC and Xbox platforms, but on the PlayStation there are 53 achievements, since platinum is present.

1) "As one"- Complete a cross-class combo with a controllable character in single player.

Personally, I just froze the enemy, and then hit him with my sword and that’s it. There are a lot of combinations in the game.

2) "The luminaries of their era" - In one playthrough, take all possible companions into your squad.

Note: This achievement is missable.

You need to find all the companions:

- Cole: After the quest "Defenders of Justice" you can recruit him.

- Sera: Will appear in Val Royeaux during the quest "Friends of Red Jenny"

- Vivien: After the scene with Lucius during the quest “The danger has not passed” in Val Royeaux, an envoy of the Circle of Magicians will appear at the Summer Market, after talking with him you will receive the quest “Imperial Sorceress”. (Also be careful - Vivien can only be recruited before moving to Skyhold.)

- Dorian: Overall in Recruiting Dorian is no different from recruiting Cole, except that you must go the mage route and choose the Tempting Whispers quest to meet him. Although even if you choose “Defenders of Justice”, he will still appear in the shelter after completing the quest.

- Blackwall: After returning from Val Royeaux, receive the quest "The Lone Guard".

- Iron Bull: After a trip to Val Royeaux, the quest "Captain of the Bulls" will become available.
- Cassandra, Varric and Solas:Join at the very beginning of the game.

3) "Well-read"- Discover the veil rune.

Veil runes are runes activated by a special torch (which can only be lit by a magician and burns with green fire).
As soon as you light the torch, simply explore the nearest territory (usually runes are located in caves, on the walls), it will not be difficult to find them, they will glow when you approach them with a burning torch.

4) "Liberator"- Liberate three fortresses in one playthrough.

Fortresses can be liberated in the following locations:
- In Crestwood (Kaer Bronak fortress);
- In Emprise du Lyon (Fortress Suledin);
- In the Western Reach (Gryphon Wings Fortress).

5) "Zvez"yes bala"- Earn full favor from the Orlesian Court.

Quest “Evil Eyes, Evil Hearts” - It’s easier to get this trophy playing as a human, since you will start with 40/100 (in the case of others - 25/100)

The most important thing here is to answer questions correctly during conversations, especially during the dance with the queen’s advisor, look for hidden documents (we give them to Leliana), as well as coins that we throw into the fountain.

6) "Regalia"- Completely upgrade one throne.

Just do it Additional tasks(meaning resource extraction tasks) at the command headquarters and sooner or later you will receive the details.

7) "On Wings of Fire"- Find a powerful ally to equalize the forces.

Easy to miss! During the story quest "The Fruits of Pride" in the Elven Temple, you will be offered a choice - drink from the source yourself or give it to someone else. You need to drink from the source yourself, and then a new location will appear and you will need to fight the dragon there. (the dragon has high level health and level 17, so I advise you to be well equipped, although to defeat him you only need to wound him by 50%)

8) "Keymaker" - Get into the very heart of Solasan Temple.

First you need to complete the quest "Collecting the Pieces" but this quest is not given immediately. First you need to find at least one fragment, for this you need to travel around the world and look for places located in different places skulls (spyglasses in the form of a luminous skull) - ocularums, then look into it and mark the sparkling fragments, then collect them.

All fragments: (total 114 fragments).

Hinterlands – 5 ocularums and 22 shards

Storm Coast – 4 Ocularums and 13 Shards

Forbidden Oasis - 4 Ocularums and 15 Shards

Western limit - 5 ocularums and 14 fragments

Sacred Plain - 3 ocularums and 16 shards

Emerald graves - 2 ocularums and 13 fragments

Emprise du Lyon - 2 ocularums and 13 fragments

Whistling Wastes - 4 Ocularums and 8 Shards

“Calm the spirit”, “Endure the cold” and “Conquer the fire”, after completing which the main door will open behind which there will be a demon of Pride and after defeating it you will receive a trophy. (don't forget to open the last sarcophagus).

9) "Storm of Dragons"- Kill 10 High Dragons in single player.

- Fereldan hellebore - has level 12, lives in inland(northeast corner of the map, north of the Rebel Queen Gully camp).

He likes to summon little dragons to help, which greatly complicate matters.

- Northern hunter - has level 13, lives in Crestwood (in the Black Swamp in the southeastern corner of the map, south of the camp near the Three Trout Farm).

-Deep High Dragon" - has level 14, lives in the Western Reach (in the southwestern part of the location, south of the camp in the Nazer Pass)

This dragon cannot be found just like that; in order for her to arrive, you need to complete a chain of quests from Frederic de Cero.

-Gamordan Buregon - has level 15, lives in the Sacred Plains (in the Raven Marsh, in the northeastern part of the location), which can be reached by completing the command headquarters quest “Gain access to Gilannain Grove.”

- Great Mistral - lives in the Emerald Graves (northern part of the map).

- Winsomer - has level 19, lives on Stormy Coast, on Dragon Island, which you won’t be able to get to right away. You can access it after completing the quest "Red Waters".

- Sand Scavenger - has level 20, lives in the Whistling Wastes (in the eastern part of the location, next to the entrance to Fairel’s tomb).

- Hivernal - has level 19, lives in Emprise du Lyon (Ring of Etienne just behind the Judicael Bridge). To get to the other side, you need to complete the quest at the command headquarters "Restoring the Judicael Bridge."

- Kiltenzahn - has level 21, lives in Emprise du Lyon (in the Ring of Judicael, next after the Ring of Etienne).

- Mount Destroyer b- the most difficult dragon in the game, has level 23, lives in Emprise du Lyon (in the Ring of Leontyne in the northern part of the Sunny Meadows).

First Addition - "Jaws of Hakkon" - includes 4 achievements.

1) "Arsonist"-Destroy all the winter shards and light all the lights in the old temple.

Here I would advise watching a video on the Internet about the location of the fragments, it will be much easier.

2) "Historian"- Uncover the secret of the legendary personality.

Story achievement.

3) "People's name"- Impress the Avvars of Stone Bear Stronghold and win their friendship.

Quest "Guests of the Stronghold".

You need to get 5 approvals and the trophy is yours. In general, everything is simple here.

Many will receive approval after completing story missions, but you will also have to complete additional ones.

Complete the quest "Father's Name" and give the loot to the master of the hunt (required).
- After completing the quest "Trials of Hakkon" you will also receive approval.

Complete the quest "Up and Away".
- Complete the quest "In Exile"
- We also carry out several tasks at the command headquarters, for which we also receive approval.

4) "End of Winter" - Put an end to the myth of ancient days.

Story trophy.

Second addition"Descent" - also includes 4 achievements (I won’t describe them, you can’t miss them).

Third addition "Stranger" - includes 11 achievements, however, we will not analyze all of them, but only those that may cause difficulties.

1) "The Hermit's Test"- Kill 10 big bears that have become stronger due to the Disservice.

Large bears are found only in the Emerald Graves location, turn on the test and go there. I advise you to look for bears closer to the water, near rivers and on small lawns. I don’t recommend going to the north, as trolls already live there and there are almost no bears there.

2) "Test of the Fool"- With the "Take your time" challenge enabled: reach Skyhold at level 5 or lower.

Complete only story quests, do not read scrolls, and avoid enemies if possible.

3) "Thinking outside the box"- Discover all the hiding places guarded by ancient statues.

Elven Ruins, Forgotten Sanctuary. Here we read the inscription on the stone opposite the wolf statue and light the torch, which the wolf statue is looking at.
- Destroyed library, In the Scientist's Refuge.
- It is located in the deep paths, we are looking for a blockage in front of the eluvian. But keep in mind that you can only get there when you get the Anchor Explosion ability, so you'll have to go back.
- Located in the Darvaarad location, in the research tower. not far from the entrance to the tower on the left. (We light the fire in the following order: Owl, Deer, Dragon)

4) "Coroner"- Find all the clothes from "Cut to Measure".

There are only 4 things that are in the chests. All of them are located at the Crossroads location. Here it is better to watch a video about their location, although finding them yourself will not be difficult.

Also remember that if you loaded a save and turned on the test, it will not be activated immediately (Example: “Test of the Empress”). You need to leave the location you need and enter it again.

Let's play!!!
